ScriptLens provides AI-powered screenplay coverage and analysis. Users can upload screenplay files (PDF format) and receive automated analysis reports covering plot, character, dialogue, pacing, marketability, and other creative and commercial dimensions. The Service also includes an AI chat assistant to discuss analysis results.
You must register for an account to use certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
Your Content: You retain full ownership and copyright of all screenplays and content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant ScriptLens a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and analyse your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
Authorisation: By uploading a screenplay, you confirm that you have the legal authority to share the material for analysis. You must not upload screenplays that you do not own or have permission to use.
ScriptLens Content: The Service, including its software, design, reports, and documentation, is owned by ScriptLens and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

The coverage reports and analysis generated by ScriptLens are produced by artificial intelligence and are provided for informational and creative purposes only. ScriptLens does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any analysis for any specific purpose. AI-generated coverage is not a substitute for professional script readers, literary agents, or industry executives. You should exercise your own judgement when acting on any analysis provided.
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. ScriptLens does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ScriptLens shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. ScriptLens's total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for breach of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by email or prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
